Our current roles

Escape Studios is in search of a dedicated professional to join our team as a Postgraduate and International Admissions Officer.

Based at 6 Mitre Passage, North Greenwich, this full-time, permanent position reports to the Admissions and International Student Manager. In this role, you will provide crucial support for all aspects of the international and postgraduate admissions process, ensuring an effective, timely, and customer-focused service that maximizes student recruitment and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining and implementing administration processes for UKVI license compliance, contacting potential PG applicants, responding to applicant inquiries, recording activities in the CRM system, supporting events, collaborating with the finance department on payments and invoices, ensuring compliance with attendance monitoring systems, and maintaining knowledge of UKVI requirements. You will also contribute to the planning and development of the admissions process, representing Escape internally and externally, and addressing additional duties as directed by the Admissions and International Student Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent planning and organizing skills, have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.

Qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience, substantial experience in international student admissions and post-graduate admissions, extensive experience in using information technology for data management, and current knowledge of UKVI compliance and regulations.

Escape Studios is in search of a dedicated professional to join our team as a Student Administration Officer.

Based at 6 Mitre Passage, North Greenwich, this full-time, permanent position reports to the Student Administration Manager. In this role you will provide crucial support to the team in the provision of everyday administration. This will include enrolling and giving students advice over the phone, on email and in person. The post holder will carry out a variety of administrative tasks associated with the running of a busy Escape Studios Administration team and provide an efficient service for students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for all student enquiries and to give high quality initial information and advice to students regarding the Escape Studios provision. To assist in the enrolment of students accurately, update of student information on the student records system ensuring data is accurate, consistent and up to date, including student personal details, module registration, mark entry. To assist with the preparation, organisation and running of assessment activities’ and provide administrative support to team. Respond to enquiries face to face, by phone, letter, and e-mail, from applicants, students, staff and other external customers. Any other duties as required.

Previous experience of working in an administrative environment, IT experience in a Windows environment, including use of databases, a good standard of education, including written English and previous experience of student records systems or similar. Knowledge of Higher Education is desirable.
