Escape Studios Visits Jellyfish Pictures

On June 29th, recent Escapees had the opportunity to visit Jellyfish Pictures for some all-important insights into the workings of a studio. Organised by Talent Acquisition Manager Alexander Thornton, the trip gave the recent graduates a fantastic chance to learn more about the animation and VFX pipeline. The group enjoyed presentations by Global Executive Producer Will Newis and Head of VFX Operations Jo Fletcher Manawa, they also got to hear about some of the projects the studio is currently working on. 

Jellyfish Pictures is one of London’s leading animation and VFX houses and have worked on hit shows and films such as Stranger Things, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming. Many Escapees have gone on to work at Jellyfish pictures, with seven of our alumni currently working at the studio.
